Swabbing unit is mainly used in the oil recovery operation for remote,abandoned and stripped well, and in the operation of oil well and water well swabbing, drifting and fishing,The drum adopts band brake in both sides.and adopts both manual and pneumatic types, so the brake is stable and reliable.
hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of legging cylinder, raise cylinder, oil tank, gear pump and control valve, etc. it is used to adjust raise for the frame and mast
Air system
The air system consists of air cylinder and pneumatic valves, etc. it is used to finish the pneumatic brake and change gear, at the same time supply air source for drum clutch.
Rolling rope device
The device is mechanical and manual structure, it can make the wire arrange in the drum orderly and prevent the wire from damage because of wrong arrangement.
Brake system
It is equipped with manual, mechanical ,double sides brake, also has a pneumatic, emergency brake to meet the requirement of work.
Operating cab
The operating cab have measuring display device, it is used to measuring the wire to well depth and drum pull during operation.
The operating cab is equipped with the chair, the transmission box gear,the control of the engine,the control of the main truck clutch,the control of the drum clutch and the brake of the drum is in the operating cab.Window on the right side of cab is push-pull type. Cab interior Installing a tail gas heating system in the operation cab and side nearly to chassis cab (U-shaped layout of the pipeline, and install control exhaust emission gate).
