The upper and lower connections are 3.1/2-8UP TBG thread connections, with the upper part being female threads and the lower part being male threads.

Structure and Working Principle：

Main components: 1. body, 2. semi-sealing ram assembly, 3. side door, 4. ram shaft, 5. lead screw, 6. bracket, 7. bearing pressure cap, 8. bearing, 9. side door bolts.

This product is fully open during pumping operations. The ram in the cavity is only closed when emergency well sealing or replacement of the sealing packing in the sucker rod packing box is required.

When the ram needs to be closed, rotate the lead screw 5 clockwise on both sides at the same time, and the semi-sealing ram assembly 2 moves towards the center to close the BOP. Conversely, to open the ram, rotate the lead screw 5 counterclockwise.

The number of turns for the BOP to be fully closed or fully opened is 7.7; (A lead-screw wrench matching the lead screw 5 is included as a random accessory).
